Harry Styles Finds Buyer in Los Angeles, New Home in London

Harry Styles, the British pop star and object of teen affections everywhere, has been making transatlantic real estate moves.

Mr. Styles, 25—who gained fame as a member of the on-hiatus boy band One Direction—is on the brink of selling his contemporary Los Angeles home. The property found a buyer and entered contract at the end of last month, listing records show.

The modern property, tucked away behind gates above the Sunset Strip, was last asking $6.295 million.

That’s less than the $6.87 million Mr. Styles bought the home for in 2016. He used a limited liability company linked to his business manager in the U.K. for the purchase, property records show.

The four-bedroom home spans 4,401 square feet and has a home theater, a gym, a pool, a hot tub and views over the Sunset Strip and Los Angeles from its oversized windows and balconies, according to the listing with Carl Gambino and Kurt Rappaport of Westside Estate Agency.

Mr. Rapparport and Mr. Gambino declined to comment on the transaction.

A final sale price and information on the buyer will not be available until the transaction closes.

Meanwhile, across the pond in London, Mr. Styles spent £8.8 million (US$10.9 million) on a townhouse in the city’s celebrity-laden Hampstead neighborhood back in April, property records show.

There is limited information available on the five-bedroom home, but images show the house has period columns and cornicing, wooden floors, fireplaces and a winding staircase. There is also a garden, private parking and four reception rooms, according to online property portal Rightmove.

A representative for Mr. Styles could not be reached for comment.
