After more than 20 years, filmmaker Breck Eisner—the eldest son of former Disney chairman and CEO Michael Eisner—is ready to part with his long-time Los Angeles home, which is perched high above the scenic Stone Canyon Reservoir, and is now listed for $14 million.

This asking price is several million dollars more than what Eisner and his wife, Georgia Irwin, paid for the Bel Air property back in 1993. During their ownership, the couple—he known for directing the 2005 film Sahara and she also a producer and director—undertook an extensive remodel in collaboration with renowned L.A. designer Michael Palladino, drawing inspiration from their honeymoon travels in Bali and Thailand.
