“The Wolf Dog” has continued his path of chaos on the red brand, especially after losing his title match to Sami Zayn at WWE Money In The Bank 2024. This led to a match against “The Tsar” that would define a new challenger for the Canadian at SummerSlam: Cleveland.
Ilja Dragunov vs Bron Breakker
The action develops dangerously on the apron after a few minutes. Ilja Dragunov blocks his rival’s intentions, but Bron Breakker ends up sending him headfirst into the top of the post. Bron tries to attack from the corner, but Ilja stopped him with an “Enzuigiri” and then knocked him down from the top with a “Superplex”. Dragunov’s “H-Bomb” on Breakker; “The Wolf Dog” rolls towards the apron to avoid the cover!
