The actress arrived at the 2024 Palm Springs International Film Awards in a pink polka dot dress reminiscent of the iconic doll’s wardrobe

Margot Robbie is keeping her Barbie style streak going strong for awards season.The actress, 33, arrived at the 2024 Palm Springs International Film Festival in a pink-and-black polka dot mini dress with rosette details from Balmain’s spring summer 2024 collection. She accessorized the look with matching peep-toe heels.

After posing alongside her ​husband Tom Ackerley, 33, on the red carpet, Robbie, along with her Barbie co-star America Ferrera, were on hand to present an award to the film’s director Greta Gerwig.

Since kicking off her Barbie promo tour on June 25 in a pink and white polka-dot Valentino mini dress with a crisscross neckline reminiscent of a Pink & Fabulous Barbie from 2015 (right down to the bright yellow bag), Robbie, 33, and and her stylist Andrew Mukamal have been raiding Barbie’s closet for fashion inspiration.

As Robbie herself told PEOPLE at the film’s L.A. premiere, “We’re finding Barbie references from decades past and just doing it really for the big Barbie fans out there, people who are actually collecting those Barbies. We’re hoping to get them excited. We’re pairing Barbie references with great designers.”

Robbie will have several more opportunities to bring Barbie’s style to life during awards season. The film, which scored huge at the box office and received widespread praise from fans and critics alike, has been dominating with its nominations. Barbie received nine Golden Globe nominations, including one for her performance as the titular character and 18 Critics Choice Awards nods.
