Aimee Osbourne Parts Ways with Iconic L.A. Home – Inside the $4.35M Mid-Century Gem

Aimee Osbourne, a singer and the lowkey daughter of Ozzy and Sharon Osbourne, is selling a mid-century home that comes with a sizable celebrity pedigree.

The hilltop residence, located in the city’s Los Feliz Oaks neighborhood, hit the market this week for $4.35 million.

The story of its celebrity ownership began more than a decade ago, in 2012, when it was reportedly acquired by “True Blood” and “Succession” star Alexander Skarsgård through a trust for $1.85 million.

He sold it in 2015, reportedly to actress Rooney Mara, star of “The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo,” and “Carol,” for $2.9 million.

Mara, in turn, sold the three-bedroom spread for a hair over $3.5 million in 2018 to a trust tied to Osbourne.

The steel-and-glass home is a “rare jewel of incomparable architecture, careful restoration and modernization,” according to the listing with Jonah Wilson, Rudy Serato and Joshua T. Greer of Carolwood Estates, which hit the market Thursday.

Built in 1963, the 2,450-square-foot property has an open floor plan and is flooded with light due to its walls of windows.

There’s a living space, a formal dining area, and a kitchen with mint-colored cabinetry and a breakfast nook. There are also three bedrooms, including a primary suite with a “spa-like” bathroom, the listing said.

Perched at the edge of a hill, the home is wrapped in decking and lush gardens that allow for far-reaching views.
