The Toronto home that Meghan Markle called home while filming “Suits” is up for sale.

The two-story home is once again for sale. It has a turquoise front door and is painted a pretty violet.

Listed for C$1.895 million (US$1.39 million), the three-bedroom Toronto house that Meghan Markle called home while acting in the television series “Suits” is back on the market.

The beautiful violet two-story house on Yarmouth Road has an A-framed roof, a turquoise front door, a front porch, and a driveway that leads to a two-car garage. Three bedrooms, an eat-in chef’s kitchen, and a remodeled basement are located inside, and there is a large deck in the beautifully manicured backyard for socializing with loved ones.

The former actress, now known as the Duchess of Sus𝑠eđ‘„, filmed the show and secretly dated Prince Harry, who frequently traveled to Toronto, while residing in the two-story rental house in Seaton Village with her two dogs until 2017. In his autobiography “Spare,” Harry wrote about his first visit to the Toronto mansion.

He writes, “Meg was eager to show me her life, her dogs, and her tiny house, which she loved.”

According to “Finding Freedom,” a 2020 book of the pair that Markle contributed to, the couple was actually in Toronto when they learned that the media had found out they were dating. The book claims that they were taken aback by the news and that they had to take immediate action.

“Although there were just a few paparazzi in Toronto, it wouldn’t take long for photographers to travel from New York and Los Angeles in an attempt to capture the couple’s first photo together.”

Markle resided in the Toronto home until November 2017, when the couple announced their engagement. After thereafter, she relocated to Kensington Palace in London, her new lavish residence.

Less than a month later, the Toronto property was up for sale for C$1.395 million, and it sold right away. The agent at the time informed the Toronto Star that the open house attracted a lot of serious buyers in addition to curious royal gossips. “I don’t think we’re going to see a princess premium,” the agent at the time, Alex Beauregard, stated. Would you be willing to spend an additional C$20,000 if the prince used this restroom ?

Earlier this week, the owners listed the house with Freeman Realty’s Daniel Freeman. A request for response from Freeman was not immediately answered, and the owners were not reachable. The Canadian press broke the story of the listing first.

Located on a quiet block in the Seaton Village section of Toronto near the Annex, the home is not too far from the Bay Adelaide Center in downtown Toronto, which served as the home of the fictional law firm in “Suits” where Markle’s character, Rachel Zane, was a paralegal.

Other homes in the neighborhood are asking within the $2 million to $3 million range, making this home comparatively affordable. The garage can also be converted into a guest suite spanning 1,330 square feet, according to the listing.
