The Rhode Headquarters of Hailey Bieber Is Identical To Her Skincare Products

With A-list clients ranging from NBA star Blake Griffin to celebrity hairstylist Jen Atkin, Los Angeles–based Maison Trouvaille has an enviable celebrity roster. It recently added another big name: Hailey Bieber. Back in 2022, the starlet unveiled her minimalist beauty brand, Rhode (Bieber’s middle name), but it wasn’t until mere months ago that she opened her headquarters designed by Maison Trouvaille founder Erick Garcia.

When Bieber and Garcia teamed up, their first order of business was to develop a distinct yet timeless look for the Beverly Hills space. Garcia says, “We opted for a minimal color palette dominated by earth tones, fostering a sense of calm and coziness. Greenery was strategically incorporated throughout, seamlessly bringing the outdoors in and promoting a connection to nature and a soothing environment.”

Though Rhode’s skincare and beauty products were a primary source of inspiration, the natural world also played a significant role in his design concept. Garcia says, “We wanted to use a lot of earthy and natural tones that really embodied the brand.” “Particular products and the brand’s packaging had a big impact on us. For example, we were inspired to add high-gloss furniture to the room by the Glazing Milk’s gorgeously shiny and milky formula, adds Garcia. “We also introduced bronzed mirrors throughout the entire space, reminiscent of the espresso flavor, inspired by the Peptide Lip Tints.”

These deliberate design decisions captured the air of cool that comes with Bieber and Garcia’s aesthetic while reducing overstimulation, increasing efficiency, and fostering a creative, productive environment.

Garcia’s use of Everhem window treatments allowed for an abundance of natural light to enter the room, which was crucial to achieving those goals. By “allowing light to enter while softening and filtering it to a warm tone,” the treatments contributed to a less formal and more laid-back atmosphere in the workplace.

“Custom window treatments are essential for achieving a cohesive design aesthetic in a space. They act as the final element, seamlessly tying together each space,” Everhem founder Haley Weidenbaum tells us. “Tailored to fit the windows perfectly, custom treatments ensure a harmonious design and a common thread through each room.

Beyond the windows, Garcia used drapery for the offices. “Since most of them are made entirely of glass, we utilized drapes to create a sense of privacy while also adding a touch of warmth and creating an inviting environment,” he explains.

As the project reached completion, every element was carefully imbued with Garcia’s personal touches, from the delicate hues adorning the walls to the meticulously curated furnishings. “We aimed to create a tranquil and inviting atmosphere for the Rhode team,” says Garcia, and they did.
