The rock band Incubus’s DJ, Chris Kilmore, is asking $4.599 million for his Los Angeles residence.

Since2016, Kilmore and his spouse, Tenny Kilmore, have resided in the city’s Sherman Oaks district in the almost 5,600-square-foot house. Tenny, an agent at Coldwell Banker Realty’s Beverly Hills office, is also in charge of the transaction.

Tenny sent an email saying, “We remodeled the outdoor space, bathrooms, and kitchen.” “This home is unique with its wordly design; custom Mexican iron doors, exotic Italian marbles, English hardware, high-end Miele appliances, and a Turkish powder room sink.”

She described the entire property, which went up for sale earlier this month, as “like an art piece.” “There is something striking in every room.”

The band famed for songs like “Drive” and “Wish You Were Here” has 51-year-old DJ Chris Kilmore spinning records with PropertyShark show since 1998. Kilmore paid $2.55 million for the house.

The spacious, light-filled house features many fireplaces, high vaulted ceilings, a gourmet kitchen with specifically obtained exotic marble worktops and floor to ceiling white oak cabinetry, a safe room, a screening room, and a balcony. The main suite has heated floors, and there are five bedrooms total. The en suite bathroom has quartzite worktops, a smart toilet, and smart LED mirrors.

A well-kept garden featuring a putting green, a grill, and mature fruit trees is also there.

The house could easily fit the needs of many prospective buyers, including “a couple looking to grow their family or an already large family,” Tenny said, or an individual wishing to combine a home with space for a studio or office.

She went on, calling it a “versatile space that can fit anyone’s lifestyle.”
