With his property nestled deep in the unincorporated Monte Nido wilderness between Malibu and Calabasas, Nick Zano has decided to part ways with it after nearly six years of ownership, which includes a couple of brief spells on the rental market. The seasoned performer, who is most known for playing Vince in the sitcom What I Like About You, is requesting slightly less than $3.3 million for the remote property, which he and his longtime acting partner Leah Renee purchased for about $1.6 million back in the summer of 2018.
Situated between double wood gates and a quiet cul-de-sac, the secluded home is surrounded by park-like grounds with big oaks and a seasonal brook. The rustic ranch-style home was constructed in the early 1960s and has undergone a complete renovation in the years since. The 46-year-old former MTV anchor, who was born in New Jersey, initially became well-known in the 2000s as Vince on The WB’s What I Like About You, where he costarred with Amanda Bynes and Jennie Garth. Zano went on to play Chad McKnight on Obliterated and, most recently, Nate Heywood (“Steel”), a charming historian turned superhero on Legends of Tomorrow. He has also acted in Happy Endings, Two Broke Girls, and The Final Destination.
