Drew Barrymore is asking $8.45 million for the sale of a 1920s barn in the Hamptons.

With the Hamptons house listed, Drew Barrymore is adjusting her real estate holdings by about $8.5 million.

Renovated in 1920 and situated on 1.7 acres in the center of Sagaponack, less than a mile from the beach, the barn is listed for $8.45 million. It became available last week.

The actress and talk show host has owned the seven-bedroom home—which has appeared across her social media platforms—since 2019, when she paid $5.5 million for it using a limited liability company for the purchase, records in PropertyShark show.

The former barn retains a lot of its historic appeal, including hardwood floors, exposed beams, and high ceilings, even though it is now a dwelling.

The great room, breakfast nook, and kitchen, which is divided from the rest of the house by a wall composed of window frames, are the focal points of the 6,850-square-foot, light-filled house. The great room’s glass doors open to a deck.

There’s also a den, a dining room with a skylight and a sloping ceiling painted pink, and a living room with a brick fireplace. Plus a separate guest home with one bedroom, living room, and office, per the Sotheby’s International Realty – East Hampton Brokerage listing with Kathy Konzet. Konzet did not respond to requests for comment right away.

The park-like grounds, complete with flowering gardens and rolling lawns, are home to a pool, pool house, a bocce court and plenty of areas for outside entertaining.

Barrymore, 49, began her career at just 11 months old when she appeared in a dog food commercial, and at 7, she starred in 1982’s “E.T. the Extra-Terrestrial.” As an adult she’s best known for roles in “Charlie’s Angels,” “Grey Gardens,” “The Wedding Singer,”and “50 First Dates.”

Her talk show, “The Drew Barrymore Show,” debuted in 2020. A representative for the star couldn’t be reached for comment.
