KSI celebrates April Fools by trolling rival Jake Paul’s fight with Mike Tyson ‘announcing’ clash with heavyweight legend

KSI has refused to let April Fool’s Day pass without a dig at rival Jake Paul.

‘The Nightmare’ has been rivals with Paul ever since beating his brother Logan Paul in their boxing fight in 2019.

And he was not impressed when the ‘Problem Child’ announced he will next face 57-year-old Mike Tyson on July 20.

Various reports have surfaced suggesting the fight could take place under professional rules to the surprise of many, given the pair are 31 years apart.

KSI, a vocal critic of the event, decided to turn antagonist on social media today announcing a fight of his own in a comical jibe to Paul.

He wrote: “I’m back baby! Fighting 75-year-old legend and former champ.

“Don’t worry, age isn’t nothing but a number. [George] Foreman hits harder and is faster than ever before!

The poster advertised a contest with heavyweight icon Foreman, who is now 75, but fought some of the best during his heyday including Muhammad Ali, Joe Frazier and Evander Holyfield.

Also on the mock-up, it read: “No judges. Five second rounds. 150oz gloves. No knockouts.

“No punching allowed. Live on Notflix. Wembley Stadium. April 1.”

Paul has yet to issue a response to the poster, but the YouTube star will be delighted with his attempt to stir up their rivalry again.

Fans had hoped for KSI to be in the running to meet Paul in the ring himself, but negotiations stalled despite both fighters now having lost to Tommy Fury.

Paul has instead announced he will face Tyson, despite fans concerns after footage of the boxing icon using a walking stick emerged.

Tyson’s trainer has explained that the legend is in great condition and has insisted on being able to step in the ring with Paul.

This comes despite stark health warnings from doctors, who fear he could be at risk of permanent damage if the fight doesn’t take place with headguards.

It appears that the blockbuster clash will still take place irrespective of advice, with Tyson set to earn a $20million purse for stepping out in front of 80,000 fans in Texas.
