Paul Heyman opened tonight’s event. “It is one of the greatest honors of my career to inform you that there is only one Reigning, Undisputed, Undefeated, Tribal Chief of the Island of Relevance… ROMAN. REIGNS ,” ‘The Wise Man’ told the WWE Universe. Heyman later revealed that Roman Reigns authorized him to inform WWE Undisputed Champion Cody Rhodes of this situation face-to-face to find out what the next step in his career will be.

Cody Rhodes comes face to face with Paul Heyman. “The Wise Man” shares that Roman Reigns has respect for Cody, as does he, for setting an example as a champion, and then he unleashes the barb: “Roman Reigns wants his title back.” Just so there’s no doubt, Roman Reigns wants Cody to know how he’s going to accomplish that, as this isn’t a prediction, it’s a spoiler: Roman Reigns declares himself a participant in the 2025 Royal Rumble Match, is going to win it, and will challenge Rhodes to compete again at WrestleMania.

“The American Nightmare” is about to respond to Roman’s plans, but is interrupted by Kevin Owens , who appears in the audience. The Canadian didn’t think that Cody’s situation could get any worse, because now, not only has he teamed up with Roman Reigns, he’s also shaking hands with The Rock, with Paul Heyman. Putting aside the fact that he betrayed their friendship, Kevin remembers that Cody decided to help The Bloodline, and now, Roman wants his title back. Because of Rhodes, Roman Reigns has been reborn and now has a chance to return to the top.

Cody Rhodes has nothing to say, so he goes on the attack on KO in the crowd. Tama Tonga & Jacob Fatu appear from behind to intimidate Paul Heyman, but both are neutralized by Jimmy Uso . Jimmy seemed to have things under control, but Jacob Fatu stops him in his tracks to violently attack him with a chair… several referees appear to try to stop The Bloodline, but Fatu is on the warpath to prevent them from even entering the ring. Cody Rhodes is back in the crowd to finally force Fatu & Tonga to retreat.

Backstage, several security personnel try to get Tama Tonga & Jacob Fatu out of the arena . “The Samoan Wolf” puts up resistance, but finally LA Knight appears to get him out and close the door. Nick Aldis is happy with LA Knight’s work.
