KSI has put himself forward as Logan Paul’s replacement for a fight with Conor McGregor.
McGregor revealed in December that he was in ‘preliminary agreements’ to face Paul in a boxing match in India.

He then stirred the pot further by posting an Indian flag and heart emoji in response to an article claiming that he had agreed to a $500m fight with Paul at Mumbai’s Wankhede Stadium.
McGregor also recently asserted the nine-figure sum he would receive for fighting the YouTuber-turned-WWE superstar by writing: “$250,000,000 I’m coming,” on X.
However, Paul stated during WWE’s debut on Netflix on Monday that he was ‘100 per cent committed’ to the company, sparking rumours that McGregor is now looking for another opponent in India.
“Not rumoured. I’m very down,” KSI wrote on X in response to a post suggesting that the 31-year-old was ‘rumoured to step in’ and fight McGregor.
McGregor, 36, hasn’t competed in MMA, his primary sport, since breaking his leg against Dustin Poirier at UFC 264 in July 2021.
He was due to make his highly anticipated comeback fight in June last year against Michael Chandler in the main event of UFC 303.
However, their fight was cancelled after McGregor injured his pinky toe in sparring and a rescheduled date was never agreed upon.
McGregor’s comments about Paul prompted a reaction from the 29-year-old’s younger brother, Jake Paul.
In November, Jake fought Mike Tyson in front of 72,300 people in Texas and 60 million viewers on Netflix.
Jake claimed last month that McGregor’s management team have been ‘desperately’ trying to negotiate a fight with him.

He went on to call McGregor ‘washed’, adding that the Irishman ‘needs’ him and his brother.
McGregor has already responded to a potential fight with KSI, claiming in October that he was not interested.
The former two-division UFC champion seemed like he fancied a scrap with KSI when they both attended Anthony Joshua’s fight with Robert Helenius.
After watching the British boxing superstar knock Helenius out cold in August, McGregor grabbed the microphone and challenged KSI to a bare-knuckle boxing bout.
“I know your man KSI is in the crowd, and he couldn’t box eggs if he worked in an egg boxing factory,” he said.
“So, if he wants to get in here, I’ll give him a final yoke, bare-knuckle if you want.”

At this point, KSI had already left London’s O2 Arena, but McGregor’s call-out soon got back to him, and excitement started to build about a potential crossover fight as they had already clashed earlier in the evening.
However, McGregor later revealed that his comments were ‘just a bit of craic’.
KSI has more experience in the squared circle than McGregor, having fought six professional bouts.
He made his pro debut in 2019 against Logan, who is now his business partner, before going on to fight Swarmz, Luis Pineda, Faze Temper and Joe Fournier.
KSI’s last appearance in the boxing ring was a defeat to Tommy Fury, which he lost via unanimous decision after six rounds in October 2023.
McGregor challenged the undefeated superstar Floyd Mayweather, who was 49-0 at the time and went 50-0 after, to a boxing match in 2017 in what has been his only pro boxing bout to date.
Both men split a $410m cash prize for the bout as Mayweather pocketed the lion’s share of money, taking home around $280m, while McGregor banked roughly $130m.
