Records indicate that the home, designed by renowned architect Steve Hermann, changed hands for a reduced price of $10.7 million—still about a million dollars more than she purchased it for in 2021 from Tony & Guy co-founder Bruno Mascolo. Compass real estate agent and Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles star Josh Flagg represented both parties in the deal, calling it “hands down the best deal in Trousdale Estates.”
