Beyoncé’s daughter Blue Ivy was the spitting image of her famous mother when she made a splash at the chrome-colored London premiere of the Renaissance World Tour concert film.
The 11-year-old performer matched her 42-year-old mother with an all-black ensemble that contrasted with the glittering backdrop.
The mother–daughter duo were spotted posing together warmly for a photo, though Beyoncé kept her presence on the red carpet limited, as usual.
The premiere went into overdrive with the surprise appearance of Taylor Swift, whose massively popular Eras Tour has been a competitor to Beyoncé’s Renaissance Tour.
Blue added an ultra-cool touch to her sleek outfit with a pair of chic slim black sunglasses with a cat-eye design.

Back in black: The 11-year-old performer matched her 42-year-old mother with an all-black ensemble that contrasted with the glittering backdrop
The celebrity daughter, who took on a prominent dance solo in many of her mother’s recent concerts across the globe, was attired in an elegant black single-shoulder dress.
The dress, designed by Versace, including a second modest strap that slouched down over her upper arm.
The look appeared to be ruched around her waist, and the long maxi skirt reached to the ground.
Unlike her mother, who was rocking what appeared to be a long platinum blond wig, Blue stuck to her natural color and wore a lovely set of braids that were parted down the middle and swept down her back.
She and Beyoncé also complemented each other with their footwear. The Break My Soul singer towered in a set of black platinum boots that reached up just above her ankles, while Blue also had on a chunky pair of black boots.
Beyoncé contrasted her daughter’s more conservative look with a revealing number featuring a blazer-like design.
The dress featured a deep, plunging V-shaped neckline highlighting her cleavage, along with long black sleeves and padded shoulders.
Her ensemble featured a sky-high slit running up the front, revealing her toned legs.

Beyoncé and Blue put on a warm display as they posed for photographers on the red carpet.
The Single Ladies singer wrapped an arm around her daughter affectionately, and at one point she leaned in for a soft kiss on the side of her head.
Blue is featured in the documentary film, which was shot during concerts at which she performed.
Although her appearances were rarer at the start of the Renaissance Tour, Blue’s dance break became a regular occurrence later on, and the moments tended to elicit enormous applause and cheers from crowds.
However, those later performances almost didn’t come to be, as Beyoncé reveals in a behind-the-scenes moment in the documentary that Blue was at first discouraged after reading critical comments about her ‘lackluster’ moves at her first performance.
However, the pop superstar was pleased to see that the criticism inspired Blue to practice more and up her game, and subsequent dance breaks received much more favorable reactions on social media and in the reviews of the concerts.
According to the New York Times, Blue is a constant presence in the documentary in backstage scenes, where she’s able to give unvarnished criticism and advice that others on Beyoncé’s payroll might be too shy to deliver.
One surprise guest at Beyoncé’s premiere was fellow chart topper Taylor Swift, who was on theme in a gorgeous silver sequined gown with a high slit.

The Anti-Hero singer sported long wavy blond hair and wore black open-toe heels with the dress.
Her appearance was a surprise, as she had missed the previous Los Angeles premiere, as it conflicted with an already-scheduled concert in Brazil.
However, Beyoncé had previously made a show-stopping appearance at the premiere of her massively successful Eras Tour concert film, so Taylor returned the favor by flying to the UK for the Renaissance film’s London premiere.
Taylor previously praised the Destiny’s Child star for her ‘generosity of spirit’ and her ‘resilience and versatility’ during her Eras Tour premiere, so it made sense that she would pay tribute to one of her icons at this premiere.
