Step inside FOX News host Sean Hannity’s new home in Florida, a $23.5M oceanfront estate in ritzy Manalapan

After leaving New York City behind to move to sunny Florida earlier this year, FOX News star Sean Hannity quickly outgrew his Palm Beach house — a 3,800-square-foot home he bought back in 2021 for $5.3 million.

So the TV host, author, and conservative political commentator, whose net worth is estimated at a hefty $250 million, splurged on a massive Florida estate with over 12,000 square feet of luxury living space.

And he might just need the extra space, as Hannity is now recording both his TV and radio appearances from his Florida digs.

Earlier this year, the on-air personality sold his sprawling waterfront estate on Long Island for $12.7 million in an all-cash deal. Hannity had owned the nearly 6-acre estate in Oyster Bay — anchored by a large, 11,000-square-foot home — since 2008, heavily updating it over the years.

As for his new house in the upscale Palm Beach County town of Manalapan, well, not much updating might be required. The residence, originally built in 1990, was renovated in recent years. However, we have seen comments from local agents that Hannity might consider razing the house to make way for a flashier, more modern one.

Home to fewer than 500 residents, this highly exclusive stretch of Florida’s coast commands mindboggling home prices, with the median listing price for Manalapan homes standing at a staggering $21.3 million, according to Realtor.com.

When Oracle founder Larry Ellison bought his house here — paying $173 million for the former Ziff family estate — he set a new state record. That house, now known as Florida’s most expensive house ever sold, is located just a little over a mile away from Sean Hannity’s new Florida home.

Originally listed for $29,000,000 in early 2024, the Manalapan house was bought by the FOX News host for $23,500,000 in late November 2024.

Gary Pohrer and Nick Malinosky of The Exclusive Group at Douglas Elliman held the listing, while Vincent Spadea (also with Douglas Elliman) repped Hannity in the transaction. Prior to that, the home was last sold in 2021 for $18 million and has seen significant upgrades since.
