The Wiseman, Paul Heyman, returned to WWE SmackDown after almost five months, but it wasn’t a happy reunion with the Tribal Chief Roman Reigns.
When Paul Heyman said his iconic line on WWE SmackDown, the Delta Center exploded as The Wiseman to The Bloodline was back. He returned after being put through a table at MSG and brought the fifth member of The Bloodline for WarGames, CM Punk.
The last thing fans saw as the show went off the air was Roman Reigns and The Bloodline standing tall, but now, after footage aired regarding what happened after the show, fans have some doubts.
Fans believe Paul Heyman will turn on Roman Reigns
Despite what fans saw in the ring at the end of WWE SmackDown, WWE aired behind-the-scenes footage of The Bloodline, Heyman and Punk leaving. This is where fans noticed Punk and Heyman together while the rest of The Bloodline followed behind.
One fan wrote: “Notice Paul’s walk. That’s his heel Lesnar strut.” Since Heyman’s return, fans have noticed small details that may hint at an upcoming heel turn.
Something’s up man.
And I know it’s off camera.
But we didn’t get no Paul Heyman and Roman interaction.

Another fan wrote: “This and the wink to Jimmy and Jimmy nodding back, something is happening.” Under the Triple H era, long-term storytelling has been the norm, with fans noticing minute details that pay off in the future.
Another fan wrote: “All I’m saying is, Heyman came out looking like Solo when he first became the Tribal Chief and not like Romans Wiseman.” Fans have been unable to stop speculating after seeing what Heyman wore during his return.
Why would Paul Heyman turn on Roman Reigns?
Heyman has been loyal to Reigns since his formation of The Bloodline. Heyman went against Brock Lesnar, his former client, to show loyalty to Reigns, so why would he betray him now?
According to the WWE storyline, Heyman has multiple reasons to turn on Reigns. Not only did Reigns leave Heyman under Solo Sikoa’s reign after leaving post-WrestleMania 40, but he never answered any of The Wiseman’s calls.
Before being put through the table at Madison Square Garden by The Bloodline 2.0, Heyman has tried multiple times to get away from The Bloodline 2.0 to no avail.
Now, when no one came forward to help Reigns, he decided to call his Wiseman. This could’ve been the last nail in the coffin for Heyman to plan a heel turn. Punk’s words to Reigns didn’t help the matter.
