A backstage video is shown where Gunther reminds Ludwig Kaiser that he should not speak for him, regarding what happened last week with Damian Priest. Gunther tells Kaiser that he should find his own way, that he should speak for himself in order to create his own career from now on. The Austrian asks Kaiser if he still sees the “Ring General” in his eyes; the German answers positively. Gunther assures Kaiser that he will have his problem with Priest secured.

Gunther then surprises Damian Priest from behind with a “Sleeper.” It looks like Gunther is going to take advantage of his rival on the way to WWE Survivor Series 2024 , but Priest reacts before being hit with a steel pipe to leave the World Champion on the ground. “Gunther, in the ring you may be a general, but in the streets… I am The King ,” Priest said. Adam Pearce appeared on the scene, but Damian had not continued the attack despite having the chance to do so and left laughing asking for some ice for the champion.
