Referees and producers try to stop them, but Kevin Owens manages to break through TO ATTACK ORTON WITH A “PILEDRIVER” . Orton remains immobilized to avoid moving his neck, since, after the attack, it could be harmful to his health.

A pair of paramedics quickly arrive with a stretcher to tend to Randy Orton. Nick Aldis and Cody Rhodes show concern for the 14-time World Champion’s health, and he is taken away from the arena in an ambulance. The SmackDown General Manager allows Cody to leave in the ambulance to accompany Randy Orton.
