Jey Uso joins Roman Reigns & Jimmy Uso in the ring because he thinks there are several misunderstandings that need to be cleared up, and he asks his cousin to please listen to Sami Zayn. The OG Bloodline reunites to the tune of “Sami Uso, Sami Uso, Sami Uso!” Sami Zayn tells Roman Reigns that the hit he landed on him at WWE Crown Jewel 2024 was totally accidental and he only showed up there to help Jey Uso, even now, he’s the only reason he’s here.
It’s been a long time since Sami shared the ring with Roman , and he’s thought way too hard about what he’ll say to him when they meet again, but he wants to address the fact that it felt special to have the four of them back together, like family. Zayn thinks that, in some ways, Reigns felt that way too. He knows this because Roman is here, and to some extent, he wants this all back.
“People think the opposite of love is hate, but the opposite of love is indifference. And that’s what you think, I think you love me, Roman,” Sami Zayn continues, seeing a hidden smile on Roman’s face because he knows he remembers the old days perfectly. All of that could happen again, but he will leave the ball in Roman Reigns’ court: if he wants Sami to leave for good, then he will. But he reiterates that Roman wants them all together again to fight side by side, and Zayn only needs one thing: for Reigns to apologize. The decision is in Roman Reigns’s hands, who takes a moment to analyze the situation.
“Let me get this straight… you want me to apologize to you?” Roman Reigns asks. “No, the apology isn’t for me. I want you to apologize to Jey,” Sami Zayn replies. “I’m sorry… I’m sorry that I allowed you to waste my time with this. He’s not part of the family, he’s not an honorary member, don’t ever waste my time again. This is about Solo… Solo, get over here right now and let’s take care of business!” Roman Reigns says.
Sami Zayn leaves the ring , as Jacob Fatu reminds Roman Reigns that he hasn’t been Tribal Chief for a long time. “And if you want to do it again, you have to wait at the end of the line. Only Sikoa will come out on his own time, not when you say so, and by the end of the night, you’ll be recognizing him as your Tribal Chief ,” Fatu says from the titantron, overruling Reigns’ request.
Jey Uso intercepts Roman Reigns backstage. Roman tries to leave, but Jey grabs him by the arm. Roman again tells his cousin that Sami Zayn means nothing to them and doesn’t understand why he’s taking his side. Jey reminds Roman that he won’t tolerate disrespect and this is the only time he’ll let it go. Jimmy questions Roman about what he’s doing, but he also responds rudely. Once again, Roman Reigns’ attitude sends The OG Bloodline in different directions.
