Actress Alexandra Daddario, star of “The White Lotus” and “Mayfair Witches,” has sold her Mid-Century Modern home in Los Angeles for $2.9 million.
Daddario, 38, and her film-producer husband, Andrew Form—who recently welcomed their first child—acquired the post-and-beam house in May 2023 for $2.8 million, records with PropertyShark show.
They turned around and put the four-bedroom, wood-and-glass house back up for sale just over a year later, in August, for $2.925 million. It sold earlier this week.
Dubbed an “architectural treehouse” in its listing with David Offer of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices California Properties, the 1950s residence “was restored and remodeled with great taste, style and sensitivity to the classic original architecture,” the listing said.
Spanning just over 2,400 square feet, the residence has walls of glass, sun-filled spaces, a family room, an office, a wraparound deck, and a yard with a sauna and a cold plunge, according to the listing.
Period-appropriate interiors—from the tiles used in the bathrooms to the wood ceilings and the statement fireplace that divides the open-plan kitchen, dining and living room—can be found throughout.
