The Phoenix Suns have released their injury report vs. the LA Clippers
The Phoenix Suns are in Los Angeles on Monday night to face the LA Clippers, and they have superstar forward Kevin Durant listed as probable. Durant did not play when the Clippers faced the Suns in Phoenix just a few days ago, but he is expected to be available for this rematch with the probable listing.
This should be a very exciting game, as Kawhi Leonard, Paul George, James Harden, Russell Westbrook, Kevin Durant, Devin Booker, and Bradley Beal are all expected to play. This will be the first time these two teams have faced off at full strength since their respective blockbuster trades. For the Suns, it was the addition of Beal over the summer, and for the Clippers, it was of course the move to bring in Harden earlier this season.
The Clippers and Suns have two recent playoff matchups against each other, but both of those were seriously impacted by injuries as well. In the 2021 Western Conference Finals, the Clippers were without Kawhi Leonard, and in last year’s opening round, the Clippers were without Paul George for the entire series, and without Leonard for all but the first two games.
All of those matchups have increased the intrigue of this first fully healthy game between these two teams, which should make for a very exciting game in Los Angeles on Monday night.
