DJ Khaled Sells Beverly Hills Estate for $12.5 Million

Music producer and social media star DJ Khaled has sold his home in the Beverly Hills neighborhood of Los Angeles for $12.5 million through an off-market deal.

Mr. Khaled, 45, whose full name is Khaled Mohamed Khaled, bought the French Chateau-style mansion in 2016 from British pop star Robbie Williams for $9.9 million, property records show.

Mr. Khaled, a producer for musicians such as Kanye West and Snoop Dogg and a media personality with more than 23 million Instagram followers, did not list the property on the public market. The sale closed on March 5, and the buyers are famous plastic surgeon David Amron and his wife, Jessica, according to the property records made available recently.

Built in 1992 in the guard-gated community of Mulholland Estates high in the mountains above Beverly Hills, the residence has 10,681 square feet of living space with six bedrooms and eight bathrooms, according to a previous listing with The Agency, which handled the sale in 2016.

The 0.77-acre property has a backyard pool, study, gym and/or media room, a balcony off of the primary bedroom and a fireplace, according to the former listing.

Dr. Amron hosts a popular radio program “A Cut Above” and is on the Netflix show “Celebrity Plastic Surgeons of Beverly Hills.” He and his wife sold their English Country-style estate in Beverly Hills for $12.8 million in February to songwriter and record producer Freddy Wexler and his wife, Olivia, property records show.

The Amrons, who co-founded The Roxbury Institute in Beverly Hills and have four children together, declined to comment. A rep for DJ Khaled did not immediately respond to a request for comment.
