Ben Affleck and Jennifer Lopez Close Deal on $61 Million L.A. Megamansion

After a house-hunting spree spanning many months, Hollywood power couple Ben Affleck and Jennifer Lopez have finally closed on a Los Angeles home for about $61 million, according to a person familiar with the situation.

Spokespersons for the couple couldn’t immediately be reached for comment.

Located in Wallingford Estates, a gated community in the Beverly Hills post-office area, the roughly 5-acre estate has about 38,000 square feet of living space, according to the listing. The estate includes 12 bedrooms, 24 bathrooms, a 12-car garage and a pool, plus a sports complex with basketball and pickleball facilities, a gym and a boxing ring, the listing shows.

The property was first listed for $135 million in 2018 and had its price cut to $74.995 million in March, according to Zillow. Records show the seller is a company tied to developer Gala Asher.

Zillow shows that Ginger Glass of Compass listed the property, while Brett Lawyer of Carolwood Estates represented the buyer.

Affleck sold his Pacific Palisades home for $28.5 million last year, records show. Lopez is listing her Bel-Air home for $39.995 million.
