Hot News:Terrence Ross picks LeBron James over Michael Jordan in GOAT debate .

Terrence Ross explained why he thinks LeBron James is the greatest player of all time, even above Michael Jordan.

Former NBA guard Terrence Ross retired from professional basketball just a few months ago and now enjoys his new life as a streamer. Ross played for the Toronto Raptors in his first five years in the league, spent six seasons with the Orlando Magic, and played some games with the Phoenix Suns.

The 33-year-old thinks LeBron James is the greatest player of all time, surpassing Michael Jordan.

Both players are consistently recognized as the best in NBA history, with impressive career stats and accomplishments. Ross recently emphasized LeBron’s record-breaking achievements and versatility in comparison to Jordan’s legacy.

“LeBron is literally to me now the G.O.A.T.,” Ross said when reflecting on James’ performance in the 2024 Paris Olympics.

“LeBron was the best player in all the Olympic Games, brother. Curry did his thing in the last two games, absolutely destroyed with his shots, as he is known to do. LeBron literally put the team on his back and carried them there [the gold]. I mean, without LeBron, Curry might not have had those shooting opportunities,” the former player argued.

“I don’t know how you put [Michael] Jordan over him. If Jordan would have done what he was doin’ for 20 years, I’m like, ‘Yeah, LeBron has a long way to go.’ The truth of the matter is he played basketball twice, returned twice. Got a three-peat on his first return, and the second time he came back he was not the same player.

LeBron has literally been on a peak his entire career. I mean, he just gets older, but he still is effective as he’s always been,” the former Toronto Raptors and Orlando Magic player said.

Michael Jordan averaged 30.1 PPG for his career, while winning 6 MVPs, 6 championships and 10 scoring titles.

LeBron James has averaged 27.1 PPG, in addition to winning 4 MVPs, 4 championships. He’s the only player with 30,000 points, 10,000 rebounds, and 10,000 assists.

James has played in the NBA for 21 seasons, and he earned an All-Star appearance in all but one of those seasons. The 39-year-old also has as many All-NBA nods to his name as he does All-Star selections. He will try to win the fifth title of his NBA career in 2025.
