Jennifer Lawrence embraces motherhood with her two-year-old son Cy while taking a leisurely stroll in New York City, showcasing her stylish summer wardrobe

Jennifer Lawrence embraced mom duty as she stepped out for a relaxing stroll with her son, Cy, in New York City on Thursday.

The Hunger Games star, 33 – who is set to star alongside Robert Pattinson for the first time in a new film – was seen making her way through the bustling Big Apple while enjoying the summer weather.

The Oscar winner sported a white blouse that was partially buttoned at the front as well as a pair of classic, denim blue jeans.

She additionally slipped into a pair of open-toed, black sandals and carried a large, woven straw purse over her shoulder to hold items she needed during the daytime excursion.

A pastel, green cap was placed on top of head and partially covered her long locks that flowed down naturally past her shoulders.

Lawrence opted for minimal accessories, and wore a pair of fashionable oval-shaped shades to protect her eyes from the sun.

The star was seen walking along a sidewalk while pushing a stroller as she spent quality time with her two-year-old son.

Jennifer shares Cy with husband Cooke Maroney – whom she tied the knot with back in 2019.

A source recently told Entertainment Tonight earlier last week that the couple possibly want to have a second child.

‘Jennifer and Cooke are doing very well and are super in love. They make each other laugh and have the best time parenting together.’

The insider continued to the outlet, ‘They would love to have another kid and expand their family.’

Last year in June, while opening up to Cameron Diaz for Interview Magazine, Lawrence discussed stepping back in front of the camera after welcoming her son and credited Maroney as being ‘the greatest father.’

‘Fortunately my husband is the greatest father in the entire world, so when I’m working, I don’t have any more guilt than the usual every day, all-day parent guilt,’ she said.
