Star of “Friday Night Lights” Minka Kelly is asking $1.5 million for her Los Angeles bungalow.

Minka Kelly is prepared to sell her quaint Los Angeles house, which she has listed for $1,495,000.

The adorable, recently renovated home with two bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, and 1,148 square feet of living space is being left behind by the “Friday Night Lights” star.

The 44-year-old actress, who was born in Los Angeles, paid $929,000 for the property in 2014. She is seeking a little upside.

Kelly has posted pictures of the house on social media. She has posted pictures of the adorable home’s kitchen on Instagram, and it appears that she particularly like it.

Midcentury charm abounds in this 1958-era bungalow, which offers a fireplace in the main living space and an open layout that flows to a dining nook and galley kitchen. The cook space features stone countertops, stainless-steel appliances, and an apron-front sink.

The main bedroom has wood flooring, a walk-in closet, and French doors that open to the private backyard. An adjacent bathroom boasts penny tile and a cast-iron claw-foot tub.

The outdoor space stands out with a patio, pergola, fountain, and two terraces for lounging and entertaining. Storage and a laundry area are just off the two-car garage.

Kelly, who was previously linked to Trevor Noah, wasn’t headed for TV stardom right away—she studied to be a surgeon’s assistant and worked as a scrub nurse before she moved to modeling. She later rose to fame with her role as Lyla Garrity in the beloved drama series “Friday Night Lights.”

Kelly’s other TV work includes “Euphoria,” “Titans,” and “Almost Human.” Her most recent on-screen turn was in the 2024 supernatural thriller Blackwater Lane, which also starred Maggie Grace and Dermot Mulroney.
