Unbeatable views, private pool, luxury interior design and plenty of space to play with – this is what one of California‘s most luxurious properties serves up, as a eye-opening video tour shows.

YouTube star and property expert Enes Yilmazer gained access to 4130 Calle Isabella in San Clemente, California, following the announcement of it hitting the market for a cool $55 million.

The luxurious abode, which was built in 2007, boasts a prime location overlooking the Pacific Ocean and it is two doors down from President Nixon’s former ‘Western White House.’

Over the course of almost 45 minutes, Enes gives a comprehensive tour of the 12,854sq ft space, which he describes as combining Spanish Colonial and Mediterranean influences, with a modern twist.

As he wanders through the vast home, Enes continually comments on the dark wood beamed ceilings, noting it as one of his favorite features.

He tells viewers: ‘Sorry for pointing out these beams and the wood clad ceiling throughout the entire episode but I feel like it is such a nice touch.

‘You have all these smooth modern surfaces and finishes and then these beams just contrast all the different surface areas. And I personally love that.’

Some of the standout spaces include a lounge area with double-height ceilings, huge master bathroom with a freestanding tub, large garage which is currently being used as a gym and state-of-the-art kitchen decked out with multiple dishwashers and a piano bar area.

Enes also seems taken by the master suite, which is one of six bedrooms inside the sprawling abode.

He calls the space ‘impressive and grand,’ with a private seating area, fireplace and ‘massive’ picture window which serves up views of ‘the Pacific Ocean, pool, backyard, [and] these mature cypress trees.’

The home’s slick contemporary interiors were the result of a two-and-a-half year makeover, Enes says, with the upgrades coming in at $10 million.

While the furniture is not included in the $55 million price tag, the YouTube creator notes that there is the option of purchasing it, making a move completely seamless.

Moving outdoors, Enes is equally blown away by what he finds.

The property sits on a 2.6 acre plot, with ‘lush’ foliage and ‘unobstructed views of the Pacific Ocean.’

A 55ft swimming pool with an automatic cover and tree-patterned mosaic bottom serves as the center piece, with patio space framing it.

However, Enes says his favorite part of the garden is a small seated area overlooking the ocean.

As he takes a seat, he muses: ‘This is the point of the property where you can get the closest to the ocean.

‘What’s in front of us is actually a really famous break, and we had some really big waves, but later in the afternoon wind kicks in so the waves flatten out a little bit. But it is still beautiful to look at.

‘People have their surf shacks, everybody’s enjoying their time.

‘You have this little cozy seating area here for you to just sit down and just listen to waves, watch people surf.

‘I mean this is incredible… honestly these views and this section here might be my favorite part of this home.’

The property is currently being offered for sale through Stanfield Real Estate Group.

Echoing similar sentiments, Enes concludes: ‘I mean, when I think of buying a trophy estate, one of a kind property, this is the type of property that I imagine.

‘You have the land, you have the frontage, and on top of that you get a really unique experience.

‘Can you imagine spending your days, weeks here looking at these views every single day, walking outside barefoot and enjoying this property? That’s all I gotta say.’
