Usyk this week visited the Ukrainian embassy in London.

While there, he expressed his gratitude for the support and financial aid the UK government has provided to his country amid the ongoing war with Russia.

On Saturday though, he took a bit of time for himself to relax and enjoy some boxing.

Usyk arrived at ringside midway through the fight night.

As soon as he took his seat, he was shown on the live TV broadcast and big screens around the arena.

A huge cheer went up from the UK fans, in awe of the man who has beaten every top cruiserweight and heavyweight from the country to become undisputed champion in both divisions.

Usyk stood up and saluted the crowd respectfully.

He then headed backstage to wish Chisora luck in his dressing room.

Usyk beat Chisora in a gruelling affair in 2020.

This was his first serious test at heavyweight and a bout he is seemingly very grateful for, as it prepared him to beat Anthony Joshua and Tyson Fury.

The pair have been friends ever since and regularly reunited when Usyk is in the UK.

When the Ukrainian beat both AJ and Fury, he was congratulated by Chisora.

Usyk has also fought Joyce in the past.

This was before they both turned professional in a semi-pro WSB tournament in 2013.

Usyk of course emerged victorious and then began his legendary professional career.
