Breaking news:Brad Pitt determined to sue Angelina Jolie to the end.

Brad Pitt is continuing to pursue a lawsuit over a winery in France, after Angelina Jolie sent an ultimatum demanding her ex-husband drop the lawsuit, sources said.

On July 20, Daily Mail reported that Brad Pitt would not drop the lawsuit related to the winery. The actor is determined to fight Angelina Jolie to the end, after his ex-wife sent Pitt an ultimatum on July 17.

Two days later, Brad Pitt learned that Shiloh, the Jolie-Pitts’ eldest daughter, had dropped her father’s surname. Shiloh’s announcement in the Los Angeles Times that she was changing her name to Shiloh Jolie hurt the actor.

Daily Mail ‘s exclusive source confirmed that Brad Pitt has no intention of dropping the lawsuit accusing Angelina Jolie of secretly selling 50% of the shares of the winery to a Russian tycoon.

“Brad Pitt knows exactly why Angelina Jolie asked him to end the lawsuit, ‘to give the family time to heal’. The legal team sees a high possibility that Jolie will lose the lawsuit against Brad Pitt. Experts and lawyers following the case all see that the actress is losing the argument. She also doesn’t say she’s right like before,” the source said.

This person also said Brad Pitt is tired of being constantly put down by Angelina Jolie.

The couple’s children have made it clear they want to stay away from Brad Pitt, after the actor filed a lawsuit against Angelina Jolie.

“The winery incident was a business dispute, but Angelina kept making the story about revenge after the marriage. Asking Pitt to end the war is like Jolie saying her ex-husband started it, and she was not at fault. The latest allegations once again make Jolie the victim in a business dispute unrelated to the divorce,” the source told the Daily Mail.

The source added that Angelina Jolie “gave in” because she realized the possibility of losing the lawsuit was high. If the court declared Brad Pitt the winner, Jolie would have to bear all the litigation costs and compensation, and her reputation would be affected.

“Bringing personal issues into Jolie’s business lawsuit is counterproductive. The more information she sends to court, the weaker Angelina Jolie becomes and the more complicated the issue becomes for both sides,” the Daily Mail quoted a source.

Jolie’s side argued that Brad Pitt’s lawsuit against his ex-wife was not simply a business dispute. This was evident in the actor’s refusal to withdraw the lawsuit, stop attacking Jolie, and “focus on healing the family (the reason Angelina Jolie stated in her July 17 letter to Pitt).”

“Brad Pitt is seeking $67 million in damages because his ex-wife refused to sign a nondisclosure agreement covering up domestic violence. It’s not a ‘simple business dispute’. Angelina Jolie wants peace, but Brad Pitt still wants to fight,” another source told the media.

Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie are embroiled in a dispute over joint ownership of a winery in France. Five years after filing for divorce, Jolie has decided to sell half of the property for $67 million.

After reading the news, Brad Pitt immediately filed a lawsuit against Jolie, claiming that his ex-wife violated the clause “not to arbitrarily sell the winery’s assets to a third party without Jolie or Pitt’s consent” in the previous agreement.

Angelina Jolie then brought up the non-disclosure agreement (NDA) to defend her decision to sell the winery assets. The judge then ordered the actress to provide the entire agreement, regardless of whether it was agreed upon, signed, and enforceable.

From the business dispute, Jolie-Pitt is likely to face a media crisis and their reputation will be affected if the court makes public the NDA contract related to their private lives and hidden aspects of their marriage.
