“True Blood” star Anna Paquin has reduced the price of her Los Angeles home once more, this time to $7 million.

It appears that Anna Paquin is being marketed once more.

The “True Blood” actress has reduced the asking price of her Venice, California, house one more, this time to $7 million.

This charming five-bedroom, eight-bath rustic home was originally advertised for $14 million in 2020, but in January of this year, the asking price was lowered to $8 million.

The 7,342 square-foot property was also on the rental market a couple of years ago for about $35,000 a month. And still, if someone is interested in renting instead of buying, the listing is available for $25,000 a month.

So, will this latest price cut be the difference maker? You be the judge

Sited on a double lot and created by sustainable-design architect David Hertz, this coastal dwelling is environmentally conscious, thanks to the reclaimed teak flooring and repurposed cedar wood brought over from the original Hollywood Bowl benches.

Custom built in 2017, the home has a sprawling layout that includes two kitchens and dining spaces on two different levels.

Indoor-outdoor living is made easy with doors that give way to the grassy backyard. Ocean views are glimpsed from the roof deck, which is shaded by a large pergola.

Skylights serve up more Cali rays in the upstairs living room, flanked by a huge wall of windows. One bedroom boasts a fireplace, while another is outfitted with a walk-in closet.

The property also features a pool, spa, Zen garden, sauna, and fitness room, as well as a separate guesthouse and parking spaces for four cars.

Paquin soared to fame as one of the youngest actors to win an Academy Award. She was just 11 when she snagged the Best Supporting Role Oscar for her performance in “The Piano.”

Along with the HBO vampire drama “True Blood,” the Canadian-born New Zealander also appeared in the Showtime drama “The Affair” and such movies as the “X-Men” franchise and “The Squid and the Whale.”
