The house’s entrance, guarded by a massive iron security gate, has a triple garage. The residence is designed for indoor-outdoor living: French doors across the back open onto a columned terrace and a pool and spa, which also may be viewed from the second floor’s row of balconies. Other outdoor features include a grill and a fire sprinkler system.
Inside, a sweeping grand staircase leads to the residence’s upper rooms, including the secluded primary suite in a separate wing. The mezzanine adds drama and depth to the architecture.
In addition to seven bedrooms and eight baths, the house has a formal dining area, a media room, a breakfast area and a chef’s kitchen with a large island.
