Maroon 5 frontman Adam Levine and his wife, model Behati Prinsloo, have just launched their multimillion-dollar Los Angeles compound onto the market for $57.5 million.
The pair have owned the property since 2018, when they snapped it up for just shy of $32 million, Mansion Global reported at the time—which would net the couple an 80% return if they sold the home for their current asking price.
Sitting on more than 3 acres, the spread, which has city and ocean views, is “one of the most important estate properties on the west side,” according to its listing with Kurt Rappaport of Westside Estate Agency, who brought the place to the market on Friday.
The compound, in the upscale celebrity enclave of Pacific Palisades, comprises three separate structures: a main house, a guest house and an office and wellness building.
The five-bedroom main house spans 9,000 square feet and is “the epitome of the true California lifestyle,” Mr. Rappaport told Mansion Global.
It boasts natural light wood floors, steel doors and windows, a state-of-the-art home theater, a gourmet kitchen with a walk-in refrigerator, and an owner’s bedroom suite with dual walk-in closets, a dressing area and a sunlit bathroom with a double steam shower, according to the listing.
Outside, there are gardens, lawns, an outdoor kitchen, a resort-like swimming pool and spa, walking paths that wind throughout the property, a basketball court and a chicken coop.
The four-bedroom guest house has its own kitchen plus living and dining areas, and the third and final structure is home to an office as well as a gym, the listing said.
Mr. Levine, 43, and Ms. Prinsloo, 33, who acquired the home through a trust, bought the compound from former celebrity couple Ben Affleck and Jennifer Garner, who had owned the property since 2009, Mansion Global previously reported.
A representative for the pair did not immediately respond to a request for comment.
