Kylian Mbappe and Paris Saint-Germain president Nasser Al-Khelaifi were reportedly involved in a heated altercation before their match against Toulouse – days after the Frenchman confirmed his departure.
Mbappe announced on Friday that his seven-year stay at PSG will end this summer — and it seems certain he is heading for the Bernabeu.
It would represent a dream move for the France captain, who said he idolised Real Madrid as a child.
According to French outlet Le Parisien, Al-Khelaifi was left unhappy after Mbappe left him out of his farewell video, in which he thanked staff and supporters among others.
Al-Khelaifi then called for a meeting with the player which eventually took place at Parc des Princes just over an hour before the match against Toulouse on Sunday.

The French forward has confirmed that this will be his final season at Paris Saint-Germain
The private discussion turned fiery as the PSG president was angered and the pair were heard ‘screaming at each other’. The bust-up was so intense that ‘walls shook’.
It resulted in a delay in PSG’s pre-game warmup, with the players heading out to the pitch later than expected.
PSG have since denied the claims, saying: ‘It is disappointing to see more fake news circulating this evening. There has been no dispute whatsoever.
‘The President and Kylian have regularly met before matches to finalise the end of season departure arrangements. Every meeting has been constructive and respectful, including before the match last night.’
PSG fans made their feeling known as they booed Mbappe just before the match got underway.
As the stadium announcer inside the ground announce the team for their final home match of the season, players’ named and numbers were shown on the big screen in the stadium.

When Mbappe and No 7 arrived, loud boos could be heard, and fans’ moods won’t have improved by what they saw on the pitch.
Mbappe went on to score in his final home match for PSG but Toulouse came from behind to claim a 3-1 victory.
Mail Sport understands Madrid are willing to make Mbappe the club’s top earner, surpassing the £10.3m per season they pay Jude Bellingham and Vinicius Junior.
They will also pay a signing-on fee of around £85.5m and open talks over what percentage of his image rights he retains.
The player’s mother Fayza Lamari wants Madrid to abandon their usual 50-50 split between club and player and Madrid president Florentino Perez is likely to cede to those demands.

Mbappe is expected to take the No 10 shirt that Luka Modric will vacate in the summer. His arrival would give Madrid a forward line of Mbappe, Vinicius Jnr and Rodrygo, supported by Bellingham.
Since his arrival from Monaco in 2017, Les Parisiens have been crowned Ligue 1 champions six times, only missing out on the title in the 2020-21 season when Lille pipped them to first place by a single point.
Mbappe has also been the club’s top scorer in all competitions in every campaign since his £155m move was made permanent in 2018.
During that time Mbappe has lifted the French cup three times, the French league cup twice and the French super cup three times.
