Margot Robbie endures ‘world of pain’ as Tonya Harding.

The trailer for her new film I, Tonya is already getting plenty of rave reviews at the Toronto International Film Festival.

And Margot Robbie has revealed the souvenir she kept from the set of her highly anticipated film.

The 27-year-old told W Magazine: ‘I kept my ice skates — but I said goodbye to a whole world of pain that I didn’t realise came along with figure skating.’

‘There’s no padding when you hit the ice,’ the Australian actress said.

Margot also revealed that four months of intense training, five days a week she told the publication that she missed it.

‘Our choreographer was never sympathetic. When I fell, she was like ‘Come on, get up. Let’s go,’ the former Neighbours star added.

This comes after the Suicide Squad star revealed that celebrity life isn’t all it’s cracked up to be.

Speaking to News.com.au, she said most people have the wrong idea about how she lives her life.

‘The biggest misconception about me is that people think I spend all my time sitting on a yacht or swanning around at fancy parties. I wish it were true,’ she told the publication.

Margot plays disgraced ice skater Tonya Harding in the film, which she is also producing with her husband Tom Ackerley.

The Wolf of Wall Street star also said she isn’t worried about clashing with her husband on set, and is just happy to spend time with him.
