In April 2023, Khloe, 39, threw True an Octonauts-themed bash at her $17 million Los Angeles mansion.
Several members of the Kardashian-Jenner family were present, including Khloe’s siblings, Kourtney Kardashian, 43, and Kylie Jenner, 25.
The party included a two-tier birthday cake, decorated with blue icing and covered with detailed characters from the kids’ series.
Kylie shared an in-depth look at her niece’s party through a TikTok video.
The 25-year-old showed a slime-making station, personalized backpacks, extravagant decorations, and a piñata filled with candy.
Although the party was fairly low-key for the famous family, critics of the Hulu reality stars were quick to slam the ridiculously lavish event.
“Ooooh to be this rich and put on these types of birthdays for my kids,” one social media user wrote at the time.
“Here’s a ‘little peak’ at my garish, wasteful party that my child won’t remember, filled with food that will never be eaten and crafts that will never get fully completed,” wrote another.
The Good American founder also received criticism for letting True wear makeup for her birthday party.
True rocked a pink outfit with the number five and an image of Tweak from the kids’ series Octonauts on it to match the party’s theme.
However, fans noticed True also had on sparkly eyeshadow and took to the comments to react.
“Why does Khloe let True wear makeup? She’s 5! Let her be a kid,” another person wrote.

Khloe threw True a cat-themed fourth birthday party in April 2022 – featuring a pink inflatable slide and of course, all the fixings.
In one Instagram Story clip, she got an up-close look at a colorful bowl of m&ms, which featured her only child’s face on them.
She scooped up a few pieces in her hand showing the personalized snack with the words “Happy Bday True” written on one side.
Khloe continued to highlight moments from the party as she recorded the soon-to-be four-year-old posing in front of a giant balloon arch.
The TV star encouraged her daughter to strike poses for the camera in front of their home, which had pink paw print signs plastered on the front, and the word “Meow” in big bubbly letters on the lawn.
True looked adorable sporting a pink dress with ostrich feathers at the bottom and white sneakers.
Khloe also had her daughter’s hair made up giving her double long braided pink extensions to match the pastel color theme – True also got her face painted!
In addition, there were giant Pusheen costumed characters and many familiar family faces.

In 2022, Khloe held True’s third birthday over at Kylie’s $12million Hidden Hills mansion, but that didn’t mean it was any less of a fanfare.
The princess-themed party had hundreds of balloons, a bouncy castle and True’s favorite Frozen characters.
Khloe posted a video of the party before any of the guests arrived, filming a host of Disney characters ready to greet revelers at the entrance to Kylie’s home.
Disney princesses Tiana from The Princess and the Frog as well as Anna and Elsa from the Frozen franchise were on hand to welcome guests.
The hallway and walls were decorated with masses of heart-shaped yellow, purple, blue and pink balloons as well as larger circular balloons in pastel tones.
Outside, two long pink tables were adorned with pastel-hued wicker chairs and extravagant bouquets of pink flowers.
The main attraction was a huge pale purple bouncy castle surrounded with balloons.
True was joined by her cousins – Kylie’s daughter Stormi, three, Kim Kardashian’s son Saint, and Rob Kardashian’s daughter Dream.
The youngsters were seen decorating cupcakes at their own personalized cooking stations, complete with sprinkles pastel-colored icing sugar and tiara-shaped cookies.
Khloe also decorated one of her sister’s bedrooms with hoards of metallic pink and purple balloons for a photoshoot with her little girl.
The duo wore matching purple dresses as they posed next to a giant “3” sign filled with pink balloons and unicorn and heart-shaped balloons.
The reality star gushed: “And Just like that…. you are THREE. Happy birthday my sweet True!!!! I am not ready for you to be 3.
“I almost cry every time I call you ‘Baby True’ and you correct me. You say in the sweetest voice ‘I’m not a baby! I’m a big girl!'”

In April 2020, Khloe celebrated True’s second birthday with an Easter Egg hunt and some virtual fun given the lockdown.
The reality star was unable to celebrate her little one’s milestone with friends and family this year due to the coronavirus pandemic – throwing a virtual soiree instead.
Khloe said, “She’s never had like an Easter egg hunt because she’s always been too young, so I’m going to do fun things that’s engaging and different for her.”
Khloe admitted wasn’t able to throw her little one a proper party until the California stay-at-home mandate was lifted.
“I love to throw a good party, but it’s going to give me an excuse to throw parties after [the shelter in place order] cause it’s True’s birthday then it’s Kourtney’s this month.”
The year before, True’s first birthday came in lavish fashion with pastel-colored balloons, cotton candy, and a plethora of sweet treats.
Given True’s birthdays have only ramped up over the years, fans can expect a huge affair for her sixth.
