The big purchase comes more than a year after Wayne sold his previous home on Miami Beach at a loss of $10 million according to the Wall Street Journal.
In his over a decade of owning the home it was the scene of at least two swatting incidents meaning where SWAT teams are deployed to an unsuspecting victim’s home under false pretenses.

Back in August 2016 police received a call claiming a man had been shot and was bleeding at the rappers home.
When police arrived at the home, they entered through an unlocked door and found Wayne asleep.
