The Kansas City Chiefs quarterback already wants more rings.
Patrick Mahomes crowned himself once again on Sunday, beating the San Francisco 49ers in overtime and earning a third ring at just 28 years old.
Immediately after throwing the game-winning touchdown pass, Mahomes spoke to Tracy Wolfson and delivered a quote that will frighten every other NFL franchise.
“It’s the start of [a dynasty], but we’re not done.” – Patrick Mahomes to our @TracyWolfson pic.twitter.com/0EWywlTzOO

Patrick Mahomes after Super Bowl win: “Start of a dynasty”
“It’s the start of [a dynasty]. We’re not done. We’ve got a young team, we’re gonna keep this thing going.”
The scariest part is that Mahomes still has probably a decade of great football left in him, given how other elite quarterbacks have aged.
This was considered arguably the worst roster Mahomes has ever dealt with, and yet they still won it all. The defense played lights out all season, allowing Mahomes and his pass-catchers plenty of margin for error.
But when the team needed him most, Mahomes once again came through. It’s simply what he does.
