The Las Vegas villa that Travis Kelce has hired for Super Bowl week has been pictured for the first time.
The Kansas City Chiefs arrived in Nevada on Sunday night and are now deep in preparation for the big game against the San Francisco 49ers at Allegiant Stadium.
But, while most of his teammates are staying at the plush Westin Lake Las Vegas Resort & Spa on the banks of Lake Las Vegas, Kelce has booked his own accommodation that he’ll share with girlfriend Taylor Swift when she arrives.
The popstar is expected to fly from Japan – where she’s performing her hit Eras Tour this week – and make it to Las Vegas in time to take her seat alongside Kelce’s family for kickoff.
The villa pictured appears to be located in ‘The Estates at Reflection Bay’ – an exclusive gated enclave of Lake Las Vegas that is home to custom homesites worth from the low $1millions for one acre to between $300,000 and $700,000 for a half-acre.

Instead of being surrounded by bright lights and blackjack tables, the Chiefs have located themselves away from the strip
Chiefs livery has been erected around their hotel – with the 49ers staying not far on the same resort ahead of their meeting
Rather than stay among the chaos of the Las Vegas strip, both teams have chosen to stay in a quieter area of the city
Taylor Swift is due to perform her Eras Tour in Japan before making a dash back to the US to watch Kelce play in Las Vegas
It is not unusual for players to stay in their own place during the Super Bowl and Kelce has booked out a villa that sits on the water next to the team’s heavily guarded hotel.
The massive multi story property has its own private driveway and separate cars for the use of the superstar tight end and Swift once she arrives for the big game later in the week.
Last year in Arizona, Chiefs quarterback Patrick Mahomes rented an Airbnb to stay with his family away from the team hotel.
Mahomes, who reportedly made $56.85million this season, revealed that he rented an apartment three months before the Super Bowl in order to save money.
Instead of being surrounded by bright lights and blackjack tables, the Chiefs have chosen to locate themselves between golf courses and the waters of the Las Vegas Wash.

The hotel is also across the water – and only three minutes’ drive away – from the Hilton Lake Las Vegas Resort & Spa, where the 49ers will be housed.
The Chiefs’ resort is situated next door to Reflection Bay Golf Club, a picturesque course designed by the great Jack Nicklaus.
Hotel guests can play two two championship courses and there are a host of other ways for Kelce and Co to pass the time.
The Westin features access to the beach, a gym, a vast outdoor pool, a basketball court, a hot tub, spa and even water sports – with ‘watercraft’ available to rent.
There are also several places to eat and drink within the hotel, including a steak and sushi restaurant, a ‘pool grille’ and ‘Arabesque Lounge’, which boasts ‘crafted cocktails’ and local beers.
