NBA player Bradley Beal’s former home in Bethesda, Maryland, has hit the market for $11 million.
Beal, now with the Phoenix Suns, lived in the Washington, D.C.-area home during the latter part of his time with the Washington Wizards. He bought the house in 2019 for $7.8 million and sold it in 2023, after being traded to the Suns, for $9.185 million, records show.
Just a little more than a year after buying it, the owners, who couldn’t be reached for comment, are selling the suburban mansion after renovating it.

Built in 2016, the mansion has more than 13,700 square feet of finished living space across four levels, all accessible by an elevator.
Entering on the main level, the foyer leads into a formal dining room on one side and a living room on the other. The living room backs up to a study, with a double-sided fireplace connecting the two rooms. A family room, which also features a fireplace, shares an open layout with the kitchen, which has a large island with bar seating and a breakfast room, according to the listing with Robert Hryniewicki, Adam Rackliffe, Christopher Leary and Micah Smith of HRL Partners at Washington Fine Properties.
For entertaining, there is a barroom off the family room with French doors leading outside and a separate pantry that’s stocked with two wine fridges and a full bar setup.

The upstairs houses five of the home’s six bedrooms, including the primary suite that has two large walk-in closets, an en-suite bathroom and a private balcony with a pergola. Across the entire home, there are a total of nine and a half bathrooms.
The lower levels house most of the indoor amenities, with an exercise room and a recreation room with a wet bar taking up most of the first lower level, which also has storage space and the sixth bedroom suite. Stairs lead to the second lower level, which is dedicated to an indoor full-size sports court. Windows in the home gym look down at the court below.
Outside, both the entertainment and recreation amenities continue, with a tennis court—which also has a basketball hoop—a fire pit, a covered outdoor kitchen, and a swimming pool with a waterslide and a hot tub.
