Russell Wilson’s offseason training video receives a wide range of opinions from NFL fans.

The Pittsburgh Steelers finished 10-7 last season, second in the AFC North, as quarterbacks Russell Wilson and Justin Fields combined for over 3,500 yards.

Pittsburgh’s quarterback situation appears hazy heading into 2025 with Wilson a free agent and fans clamoring for an upgrade at the quarterback position.

On Thursday, video surfaced of the former Wisconsin Badger, Seattle Seahawk, and Denver Bronco going through passing drills in a tropical location, along with a message of gratitude from the 37-year-old household name among NFL fans.

Wilson will head into the 14th year of his career as a potential difference maker for whatever team decides to pick him up, but many fans aren’t convinced that he has enough left in the tank to be the star he once was with his former teams.

“Russell Wilson is already putting in the work,” NFL reporter Dov Kleiman said while reposting a video of Wilson’s workout.

“Year 14 will be ELECTRIC,” he added with a googly eyes emoji.

Fans didn’t seem convinced as they watched video of Wilson going through the motions on the training field.

“They said the same thing for year 13,” one fan said.

“He is cooked,” another fan added. “He should be taking the vet minimum and teaching the youngsters at this stage.”

“Someone call the Jets,” another reader added.

Previously, ESPN reporter Kimberly Martin wrote that she would be “very shocked” if Wilson decides to return to Pittsburgh next season, saying she believes he’s maxed out his ability with coach Tomlin’s team.
