Oleksandr Usyk reveals retirement plans as heavyweight champion confirms he will fight the Daniel Dubois vs Joseph Parker winner next

Oleksandr Usyk has revealed that he intends to contest just two more fights before his retirement.

The Ukrainian, who remains undefeated and has claimed undisputed crowns at both heavyweight and cruiserweight, has identified the winner of the Daniel Dubois vs Joseph Parker clash as his next opponent.

Usyk beat Tyson Fury last May to claim all four heavyweight titles before vacating the IBF belt, which is now held by Dubois, who he defeated somewhat controversially via knockout in 2023.

‘I will fight who will win, Joseph Parker, Daniel Dubois, no problem,’ he told the outlet. ‘think two years, one and a half [left in boxing].

Usyk is coming off a convincing unanimous decision victory over Fury in their rematch in December. The Gypsy King has since announced his retirement from the sport.
