‘Keeping up With the Kardashians’ Mansion Hits the Market for $13.5 Million

The Los Angeles mansion made famous in the hit reality-TV show “Keeping Up With the Kardashians” has just come on the market for $13.5 million—or $13.9 million if you want to buy it fully furnished.

The Hidden Hills estate, where the world watched the Ks—Kim, Kylie, Kendall, Kourtney and Khloe (and Rob)—act up (and fight and make up), is being sold by Kris Jenner, the family matriarch and self-described ‘momager.’

“The house is not just an icon of pop culture history,” said Tomer Fridman of Christie’s International Real Estate Southern California, who listed it on Friday. “It’s also an exceptionally designed home.” The listing was first reported by The New York Times.

The pool was the scene of numerous parties.

Jenner bought the property in 2010 with her then-husband, Olympic gold medalist Bruce Jenner (now known as Caitlyn Jenner), for $4 million. Kris Jenner, 69, could not be reached for comment.

Built in 1998, the 8,860-square-foot house, which has six bedrooms and eight bathrooms, is set on a 1.55-acre lushly landscaped lot.

From 2007 to 2021, “Keeping Up With the Kardashians,” one of America’s longest-running reality TV shows, made the Mediterranean-style home itself a focal point.

The pool house is like an exotic spa.

Viewers gawked at the double staircase that rises from the black-and-white marble checkerboard floor in the entry hall and the primary suite, which is appointed with a fireplace, a wet bar, a private balcony and a private gym, The show eavesdropped on conversations held around the fire pit and gave the audience VIP seats at the clan’s over-the-top pool parties.

“The floor plan is beautifully designed both for lavish entertaining and intimate family gatherings,” Fridman said, adding that Kris Jenner spent “probably millions” on “custom design touches” and renovations. “The interiors are highly stylized with designer finishes, including fireplace mantels designed by Exquisite Surfaces.”

There also are tennis courts, a grilling center and grassy lawns on the property.

After the Jenners divorced in 2015, Kris Jenner put the house in a family trust. Before listing the house for sale, she had it refreshed by interior designer Ryan Saghian, who replaced virtually all the furnishings with bespoke pieces.

No one currently lives in the house, which is part of the family’s vast real estate portfolio.

Fridman said that Kris Jenner is selling because “it’s just time to move on.”
