Saquon Barkley and the Philadelphia Eagles will take on Patrick Mahomes and the Kansas City Chiefs in Super Bowl LIX. And Pittsburgh Steelers quarterback Russell Wilson has made his prediction.

After winning six of his first seven games, it was downhill for Wilson and the Steelers from there. They lost their last five games and saw their season end with a 28-14 loss to the Baltimore Ravens in the wild-card round.
The 36-year-old quarterback was still added to the Pro Bowl as an alternate for Buffalo Bills star Josh Allen. In an interview with SiriusXM NFL Radio while at the event in Orlando, Flordia, Wilson was asked who he likes in the Super Bowl, predicting the Chiefs to three-peat.
“Good question,” Wilson said. “I wish somehow the miraculous Steelers got back in. But… it’s hard to go against Patrick Mahomes and what he’s done.”

Wilson finished the season completing 214-of-336 passes for 2,482 yards, 16 touchdowns and five interceptions, leading the Steelers to a 6-6 record overall. Now, the Steelers have a big decision to make as they will likely only be able to bring back one of Wilson or Justin Fields, who helped Pittsburgh to a 4-2 record with Wilson out.
Wilson has Super Bowl experience of his own, leading the Seahawks to two straight championship appearances. He brought the franchise its first Lombardi Trophy in the first but lost to Tom Brady and the Patriots in the second thanks to Wilson’s late interception.
