He famously played the Italian Stallion in six feature films as part of the Rocky franchise.
But Sylvester Stallone lived up to his character’s, and his own roots when he picked up some takeaway food with his daughter in Studio City on Saturday.
There didn’t seem a better man for the task in hand, as the 67-year-old carried a number of large pizzas out of Vitello’s restaurant, while Scarlet, 11, walked in front.
Well, he is the Italian Stallion! Sylvester Stallone and his daughter Scarlet were spotted making a quick pit stop at Vitello’s in Studio City on Saturday
The actor showed off his muscles in a red burgundy polo shirt during his outing, while keeping the rest of his look casual in jeans and trainers.
Clutching onto the feast, the Hollywood star looked happy to carry the heavy items while Scarlet rushed off with two plastic bags in tow.
There was no sign of the 11-year-old’s mother and Stallone’s wife, Jennifer Flavin, or their two other daughters Sophia, 16, and Sistene, 14.

The award-winning star enjoyed a night out with his family two weeks ago when they turned up for the opening night of Broadway’s Rocky The Musical.
He has also recently been gracing the silver screen in Grudge Match as Henry ‘Razor’ Sharp alongside Robert De Niro.

The two-time Oscar nominee previously revealed his daughters frequently get embarrassed by him.
‘When I give them advice they say, “Why would I listen to you?” I say, “Look at the house you’re living in and look at the school you’re going to – I must know something!”‘ Stallone told ShortList last year.
‘”Yeah, but you don’t know about modern stuff, Dad – and you’re not as funny as you think you are.”‘
The Grudge Match star continued: ‘In the movies, I kill guys with an axe. In real life, I can’t control a 10-year-old girl. My daughters ask to be dropped off a block away.
‘I say, “Are you kidding? You have Rocky and Rambo for a father – everybody loves me!” They’re embarrassed.’
