† Constantine 2 2 (2025) 👀 First Trailer | Keanu Reeves.

Warner Bros. has officially greenlit Constantine 2, with Keanu Reeves reprising his role as the iconic occult detective John Constantine. Directed by Francis Lawrence, who helmed the original 2005 film, the sequel promises to delve deeper into the supernatural underworld, blending horror, action, and dark fantasy in what insiders are calling “a bold expansion of Constantine’s mythology.”

While specific plot details are being kept under wraps, early leaks suggest that Constantine 2 will explore John’s attempts to prevent an apocalyptic event orchestrated by both Heaven and Hell. This time, Constantine will face an ancient celestial conspiracy, forcing him to forge uneasy alliances with both angels and demons. Set in a more expansive universe than its predecessor, the sequel is expected to introduce audiences to uncharted realms, including the dark outskirts of Heaven and the forbidden corners of Hell.

Joining Keanu Reeves is Rachel Weisz, returning as Angela Dodson, whose connection to the supernatural will play a pivotal role in the story. Peter Stormare is also set to reprise his chilling portrayal of Lucifer, now with a more prominent role. Additionally, Warner Bros. has confirmed the casting of Oscar-winning actor Mahershala Ali in an undisclosed role, speculated to be a morally ambiguous angel who crosses paths with Constantine.
