The Real Reason King Charles Won’t Strip Prince Andrew and Prince Harry of Their Titles

King Charles will not take further action against Prince Andrew and Prince Harry, nor will he strip them of their titles for one particular reason, a courtier has claimed.

The Duke of York has found himself in hot water again due to his links to an alleged Chinese spy, which followed another scandal over his friendship with convicted paedophile Jeffrey Epstein.

Meanwhile, the Duke of Sus𝑠e𝑥 has been estranged from the Royal Family since his sensational departure in 2020 and a series of explosive claims against them.

Andrew and Harry are both still Counsellors of State and could technically deputise for the monarch if he is unable to do so, despite not being working royals.

Now a source claimed that the King is not willing to matters worse as he is “a unifier, not a divider”.

They told the Mail: “His Majesty does not want to exacerbate family tensions further.

“By nature, he is a unifier, not a divider.”

Prince Andrew has pulled out of the royal festivities this year following the latest scandal.

It was previously revealed in a High Court hearing that alleged Chinese spy Yang Tengbo, who was banned from the UK, was said to have been a “close” confidant of Andrew.

Mr Yang, who was named after an anonymity order was lifted on Monday, has insisted it was “entirely untrue” to claim he was involved in espionage and that he has “done nothing wrong or unlawful”.

The businessman, previously referred to only as H6 in the legal case, was the founder-partner of the Chinese arm of the duke’s PitchPalace initiative and twice visited Buckingham Palace in 2018 to meet the late Queen’s second son.

He is also said to have entered St James’s Palace and Windsor Castle at Andrew’s invitation.

Last Friday, the duke’s office said Andrew “ceased all contact” with the then-unnamed businessman when concerns were first raised about him.

Andrew met Mr Yang through “official channels” with “nothing of a sensitive nature ever discussed”, a statement said.
