Seth Rollins and CM Punk engage in an intense fight in Boston

CM Punk opens the event with these words for Seth Rollins: “I have to be honest, I’m feeling a little down. I’m feeling a little upset because two weeks ago I told Seth Rollins that I don’t think about him at all. But over the next few days, it’s come up in my mind from time to time. I’d like to get it behind me before I have to do anything in this ring. One thing I really enjoy is having the microphone in my hand to talk to my people, but now I know that at any point, that stupid music is going to come on and he’s going to come out and laugh, pretty liberal. The point I’m trying to make is that putting on glasses doesn’t make you Elton John, and, since you grew up idolizing me, putting on a pair of boots doesn’t make you CM Punk.

Seth Rollins I said I disappeared when I left WWE and I didn’t text him back. On my way to confront them, he’s trying to make me feel like I’m the bad guy in this story. But who hasn’t been the bad guy in this story, Boston? Seth Rollins is CM Punk’s failure; that sixteen-year-old kid who asked me to train him, now I’m ready to give him some free lessons right now if you want to interrupt me, Seth. The bad news is, the last guy who tried to stop me was Drew McIntyre: “Seth Rollins, do you think you’re as tough as Drew McIntyre? And if that doesn’t get him mad, then he’ll just have to resort to having everyone chant my name in the arena.”

Seth Rollins appears in the crowd to encourage him to chant CM Punk’s name. Doing this, seeing him from that position, he thought would make him see CM Punk in a different light. BUT EVEN FROM THE STANDS, CM PUNK IS STILL AN IDIOT*. CM Punk responds that Rollins is doing the right thing, he’s coming from the position that CM Punk’s fans come from. But Rollins isn’t ashamed of this, because when Punk was gone, he made it his job to make the fans stronger than ever. Plus, this fan HAS MORE MAIN EVENTS THAN CM PUNK. “THIS IS A FACT, PHIL,” Rollins says before starting a new brawl with Punk.

Adam Pearce, producers and referees quickly appear to separate the two Superstars who are at the point of no return in terms of animosity. Seth Rollins escapes his containment group to run into the crowd, while CM Punk runs the other way to continue attacking each other. Seth Rollins and CM Punk can no longer coexist at the same time!
