Floyd Mayweather Lists His Beverly Hills Mansion for Sale at $48 Million

Retired boxer Floyd Mayweather has listed his grand Beverly Hills, California, home for $48 million.

Mayweather purchased the six-bedroom estate on North Crescent Drive from spec mansion developer Nile Niami for $25.5 million in 2017, according to property records.

The French Modern-style house, built in 1992, comes with an open-plan living area, 10 sets of French doors, a paneled library, a wine cellar with an adjacent bar, and a guesthouse equipped with a cinema room that can seat 20 guests.

The home, which spans 15,096 square feet on a half-acre lot in the hills of Beverly Hills, was renovated by Niami in the three years he owned it. It now includes a glossy black formal dining room and a black-and-white striped pool deck.

The French modern-style home was built in the 1990s.

The home, which was listed Tuesday afternoon, is being marketed by Joshua and Matthew Altman of Douglas Elliman. “The Altman Brothers are honored to represent the Champ in the sale of his home,” they said in an email. “This has been another incredible real estate investment for Floyd Mayweather.”

Mayweather also has a home in Las Vegas, which he bought brand new for $10 million in 2018, with two guesthouses, a pool house, a 20-car garage and a private vineyard. He also purchased an $18 million Miami Beach compound in 2021, in the exclusive Palm Island conclave. A rep for Mayweather didn’t immediately return a request for comment.

The retired boxing champion was also reportedly interested in buying an extravagant $119 million spec mansion in Los Angeles built by Joe Englanoff, that recently got a $20 million price cut, but chose not at the behest of his legal team. So he may not be done with Los Angeles just yet.
