Conor McGregor and his family made the short drive from Dublin to Down for a weekend getaway and found himself mobbed by locals.

The Dubliner took to social media to share videos and snaps of his weekend away where he was joined by fiancee Dee Devlin and their four children.

McGregor got into the wetsuit and went wild, swimming and took out a kayak while up in Down.

The family also dined with friends and shared snaps as they enjoyed drinks.

McGregor also shared a video of himself being mobbed by fans. Such was the enthusiasm of locals that he found himself struggling to close the car door, while Devlin was also weary driving with so many people in close proximity to the car.

Taking to social media to share the snaps, he said: “The best weekend, thank you God .”
